2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. All ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
2.2. Tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, we will strive to offer a refund or provide a replacement ticket for a future event. Refunds remain at our discretion.
2.3. Tickets may be transferred to another person but cannot be resold for profit.
2.4. Venue-specific restrictions (e.g., age, dress code) may apply. Customers are responsible for reviewing the venue’s policies on its website.
2.5. Event pictures will be taken in and around the event and pictures of attendees may be included on our website. If you would like to request no pictures are taken of you, please let a member of staff know on the night, or email us after the event.
3. Behaviour and Conduct
3.1. Users are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other attendees, and the venue.
3.2. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the event and a ban from future events.
3.3. Attendees are responsible for respecting the local area when attending events.

4.1. While we strive to adhere to the published event schedule, changes or delays may occur.
4.2. If an event is rescheduled, all reasonable efforts will be made to inform ticket holders via email or updates on our official Facebook page.
